Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email promptly. This email confirms that your order has been received and your credit card has been pre-authorized. We will then contact our suppliers to check the availability of the items for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will notify you via email. If your item(s) are ready for dispatch (typically within one to three business days), we will charge your card and proceed with shipping. Please refer to the product description for any exceptions or specific details.

Shipping Methods

3D Printers Direct offers global shipping through reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and specialized freight companies for unique items. Orders over $399 qualify for free shipping to all 50 states.

Order Shipment

Once your order is processed and payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. You will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within four business days, please contact us at support@3dprintersdirect.com.

Title and Risk of Loss

Ownership of the products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. From that point, all risks of loss or damage to the products are assumed by you, unless otherwise specified.

Customer Inspection and Claims for Transit Damage

Please inspect all deliveries within five (5) days of receipt. Report any discrepancies, defects, or shortages to 3D Printers Direct immediately. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe waives your right to make claims against 3D Printers Direct. Any claims for transit damage or loss should be directed to the carrier by you.
